The stationary electric version of the compact twin-shaft shredder is ideal for demanding applications, as it offers maximum efficiency with minimal maintenance costs. The shredder is divided into two separate parts, so it can be easily integrated into existing recycling systems or used as a stand-alone machine. With our standard frequency converter control, we can guarantee a highly energy-efficient shredding process.

Separate drive and control unit
By positioning the shredder and control units separately, approximately 8 m apart, the control system is exposed to significantly less vibration. Dust and dirt are also reduced.
Redesigned quick-change cassette
The improved quick-change cassette ensures significantly longer operating times, as the pressure during crushing no longer acts on the fastening screws, but on the entire machine.
Manually insertable wave plates
By inserting or removing the plates, the gap width and thus the final grain size can be changed. In the event of a worn cutting blade, the plate can be rotated and replaced several times.
