Impaktor 250 EVO II

More than 1,500 units of the mobile twin-shaft shredder have already been delivered in the past few years. Our goal is to keep the successful IMPAKTOR brand marketable and future-proof. For this reason, the twin-shaft shredder was developed into its successor model, the IMPAKTOR 250 evo, in 2018, and in 2022, it achieved the next major evolutionary leap, the IMPAKTOR 250 evo II.

In addition to the many uses of construction and demolition waste, the mobile shredder is also suitable for processing railway sleepers, rhizomes, old and fresh wood, tires, household and commercial waste, construction waste and many other applications.

Reduced transport and working height

Due to the reduced transport height of approx. 255 cm, the collection of sea containers is possible without dismantling the hopper walls, and the maximum loading height of the trucks is usually not exceeded.

Redesigned quick-change cassette

The improved quick-change cassette ensures significantly longer operating times, as the pressure during crushing no longer acts on the fastening screws, but on the entire machine.

Manually insertable wave plates

By inserting or removing the plates, the gap width and thus the final grain size can be changed. In the event of a worn cutting blade, the plate can be rotated and replaced several times.
